Looking to take your self-care to the next level?

During this week's webinar, Dr. Gilligan talks about being aware of the signals our body is sending us. A body scan is an excellent way to do this whenever we feel stressed or overwhelmed with an emotion. 

This quick body scan video by Headspace talks you through this technique. 

Here's your challenge: at least one day this week, schedule in four to five times to do a body scan. Put it on your to do list or set a timer to remind you. Take note of how you feel before and after. Were you more focused? More productive? Or perhaps more tuned into the world around you?
